There are 5 pools close one being a family pool and one a sports pool. Lake Sumter Landing is a 10 minute cart ride away. There are many social clubs in Duval from neighborhood ones to a Village one. When the Villages builds out in a few years Duval will be centrally located between 2 town centers and probably 36 more holes of golf will be 5 minutes away. It is still only 7 miles to Spanish Springs, about 25 minutes by golf cart. Then after you have had all the excitement you can return to a quiet friendly neighborhood.
Well summarized and totally accurate. We ride our bikes to Sumter Landing via canal in 15-20 minutes. The only thing you can't do in Duval is..a)buy a premier home or b)buy a designer on a championship course.
