I think I'll start the bashing. Who would want to live South of 470, nothing down there but dirt and vermin, there's no shopping, the Coleman prison is right on top of them, it's going to ruin the serenity of Fenney, they are only going to put in 12 championship courses for 36,000 people, it's too far from Paddock Square, where are the medical facilities way down there, who want's to be that close to Bushnell, I don't like family pools, people our age don't need climbing walls and zip lines, there is no golf cart access to the Webster Flea, where do you get an oil change, there's no Costco down there, and most of all it's so far from Lake Sumter and an overnighter to Spanish Springs. I most likely won't be around when they start down there but this is pretty much what will be stated here on The Talk.
