The neighbors pay a premium when selecting their lots that have a "greenspace" and did not have private parties in mind when doing so. If it happens on "our greenspace", a complaint will be made immediately. Besides, the snakes do not like to be disturbed either, and our alligator would be unhappy too. Perhaps a public park would be a better choice here.

Let me know where “your” green space is located so I can schedule a golf cart meet and great there. The green spaces are paid for and maintained by all of us. You may have paid more for your lot for the privilege of living next to a green spaces, but it is not yours.
