So true, Obamacare is our biggest expense until we become eligable for medicare. Unless your income makes you eligable for federal subsidies, expect to pay about $1,100 per month for a good, low deductible plan or about half that for a plan with a high deductible/maximum out of pocket expense. That is a per person cost, not for a family plan.
I am in no hurry to get any older, except that we can't wait to become eligable for medicare, assuming it has not been gutted by the time we turn 65.
