You can easily get 2 cars and a golf cart in an Ivy with a stretched garage as this one is. I have the same stretch and on the 2-car side I have 8 feet left in front of my Buick Enclave which is a rather large SUV, I had my golf cart in front of it today as I'm re-doing the golf cart side with different shelves, etc. That house is also over 2,800 sq. feet extremely large for a designer which I'm sure is much larger than the two homes next to it as I've never seen two Ivy's beside each other. You're right, someone will buy it and until they start building premiers they'll build more of these 10's. One good thing is that it has a lower bond than a premier which would have a much larger lot but I doubt that a buyer will be concerned about the bond.
