Coney, I think there would be a large market for that. Some people want no yards to care for but don't want to give up a larger home. They could build 3000-5000 SF condos. You could have round the clock security at the front door/desk. You would pay a common fee for pest treatment, security, etc.
Look at the money you would save on landscaping and yard maintenance!!
Smaller condos could be built behind the larger units and go for less money.
