Whilst not wanting to get sidetracked on the blame game, we do need to be aware of where this came from and possibly why and another theory, is this a deliberate policy/attempt by China to undermine the economies of the West?

This will end up costing as much as the economic crash of 2008/9 with Chinese companies able to buy Western Companies and expertise for peanuts 👿👿👿👿👿👿 apparently they (China) are almost back to full production!!!!!!
