This DIY is the only safe one that will work - Must use 99 percent rubbing alcohol (isopropyl alcohol) or ethanol - key is 99%
Normal rubbing alcohol at stores are only 70% - 99% very expensive on Amazon & mostly not in stock.

What You'll Need
Equipment / Tools
• Bowl and spoon
• Funnel
• Bottle with pump dispenser
Materials
• 2/3 cup 99 percent rubbing alcohol (isopropyl alcohol) or ethanol
• 1/3 cup aloe vera gel
• 8 to 10 drops essential oil, optional (lavender, vanilla, peppermint)
• Mix well in a Bowl with spoon
• Put in a Pump bottle
PS: We also have Clorox Disinfecting Wipes ( Kills 99.% of Viruses & Bacteria) as well as Clorox Cleaner+Bleach in spray bottle (Kills 99.9% of Bacteria & Viruses). We have used them for years to wipe down so we have plenty. We will carry wipes in car to wipe down shopping carts & even our hands if we run out of hand sanitizer.
