This statement isn't clear ... words missing?: "that have healthcare a provider our northern hometown."

Anyway, why haven't you called the insurance company that pays your medical bills up north? Ask them to provide a list of covered providers/hospitals/facilites near ZIP Code 32162.

Or are you asking where to get medical care on a cash basis?
