Good to hear! I was in the ER for 5 1/2 hours in July 2018. Could not have been more scared (heart), confused at their nonchalance attitude, lack of communication, lack of attention. Then, after talking to a doctor and nurse, they told my husband and me that that hospital is not your normal hospital. The clientele is not like a ‘normal’ hospital and they are overwhelmed. They both said it needed to be addressed because my experience was THEIR experience EVERY DAY! I’m fine but it’s good to hear that UF has done some changes!
