Are you serious? Someone is going to go to their own home and you think the sheriff should waste his time telling them to quarantine? Just stay away from them. We are all pretty much quarantined. Order your groceries to be delivered and just don’t leave your home if you’re that worried. You can’t dictate another home owner, unless he comes over and spits on your face.
