EXACTLY! Our orders are charged directly to the Amazon Credit Card attached to our account. I'm not shipping this back, not a chance. I'll get the credit thru the Credit Card Company. In the end I will prevail. Amazon should be ashamed of themselves. They have slipped in resent years. I prefer to use local merchants but under the circumstances and because of the item I ordered they were the best option. And all to do a favor. Go figure.
