Mr. Nucky did you try to contact Amazon Directly. I answered yes but all that was available was a virtual assistant and I don't talk to computers. The story ends there. Mission Accomplished. Our next door neighbor scratched up 3 M95 not N95 masks and we left them on the porch of the people who could use a boost just about now. I have to check out the difference but I'm Masked out today.
So in the end analysis rules and policies with Vendors are NOTHING. I got my money back.
