Our next door neighbor scratched up 3 M95 not N95 masks and we left them on the porch of the people who could use a boost just about now. I have to check out the difference but I'm Masked out today.
So in the end analysis rules and policies with Vendors are NOTHING. I got my money back.

Congrats! As for the masks - might they be the KN95? Somewhat different, made in China, recalled in several states but still better than no mask or a tee-shirt mask (which has negligible use and is uncomfortable, as I can personally attest to)
