I always look forward to reading "news" that is 24 hours old.
That being said we get it for the local ads and haven't missed a copy yet. Some have been wet over the 3+ years but when you get 3/4" of rain in an hour or two (which is what we measured at our address today between 5-7AM)) that could happen. You don't REALLY expect them to specially wrap it in waterproof bags or send a special delivery copy out do you? Ours gets delivered around 3:30 AM so it wasn't raining then and it is double bagged when it is delivered while it is raining.
