there is a provision for another square, but it could also just be retail
a square in Southern Oaks sounds logical....but I suspect that it's not going to happen for another few years yet
with the build out in Southern Oaks hopefully the powers to be are also thinking about another performance venue like the Savannah Center and The Sharon
