It is disgusting to see a dog owner walk his/her dog at the Postal stations and to also allow them to do their business on someone else's property.We had a dog for years and would never allow it. Don't the challenged dog owners know they also carry diseases and
this spreads them. As I say there is no cure for "stupid". No way will these notes convince them to stop but rather cause them to be more aggressive. Just look at some of the responses to this thread. Enough said.
