Even though i consider many places in the Squares to be bars that serve food .. I'm okay with restating that to fall in the governor's guideline .. If a place charges for peanuts and pours me a Jack, I'm happy with agreeing that it counts as a restaurant that serves adult beverages. Those that disagree are free to stay away from such establishments, as they probably didn't frequent before anyway.
