In theory the swab test will tell you if you have an active case of the virus. (There is some degree of false negatives and false positives.) The antibody test will tell you if you had the virus in the past and have developed antibodies. I don't know where they are doing plasma donations. If you find out you have antibodies you could call the Red Cross (or check their web site) for that information.
