Since 2010 congress which was under republican control has made cuts in IRS budget that adjusted for inflation equal 25% and have limit d staffing for enforcement by 1/3 even the president has said we maybe have gone to far , many of you want government out of your life and now complain that the government can’t get a massive project done in record time without some mistakes, just check the box
