Default Housing Market
I was worried about selling homes in The Villages with the current situation. Prior to this virus, I purchased a home in a different village than the one I live in. Wanted to downsize a bit. Than this virus hit. I put my residence up for sale thinking it would not sell tIll ⁸all this virus is done. Wrong. Sold my home in 4 days with a MLS realtor. Folks moving here are usually retired and have the resources to buy. So I belive its a buyers and sellers market in TV.
