Yep.

It will be interesting to see if the apartments actually become and remain occupied by decent law abiding citizens who work at various jobs within the villages or by deadbeats and undesirables who commit crimes and cause problems.

One thing is certain, their housing costs come out of our pockets via our hard earned tax dollars.
