The opening initially will be for season pass holders only. There are numerous changes being planned and they want a soft opening to do a trial and error to make changes. They will only open a few resorts at first starting with those around MK and 1 of the value resorts on the Osceola side of the property. There are numerous 3rd party hotels on Disney property that will open at their discretion, 2 are currently open and have a handful of guests. They don’t expect to be fully open until summer of 2021 at earliest. And NO they are not putting the dollar first, there will be limited access and social distancing policies implemented. Disney does not want an opening and to have a large relapse as a result, bad PR so expect them to take it very slow.

Source, please? Have not heard any of that other than Disney Springs IS opening May 20 but Disney may not open it's owned restaurants on that date. Staff are already on site preparing for the opening and an agreement was reached today with the Unions to bring back park staff in preparation for reopening there.
