A neighbor had his house painged, 25 year Sherwin Williams warranty. The painter said if they got 15 years it would be great, anything else a bonus. There are exceptions to the warranty. If the paint doesn't hold up through the warranty periond and the exceptions the paint is prorated so no full refund. Also, does not cover labor. I don't know how much a gallon costs or how many were needed but he said if he gets 15 years and the paint fails, he might see a hundred bucks. He also said that would require he remembers where he filed the receipts
