Your analogy is inapplicable, perhaps even silly. When you walk into a restaurant, you don't climb a fence and you expect management to comply with health and safety standards.
However, you are spot on about the likelihood of lawsuits. That was my point. Palmer management is being stupid, in addition to being immoral, when it unnecessarily exposes its patrons and employees to a higher risk of COVID-19 and itself to potential litigation.
BTW, you wonder if a management that cares so little about spreading the COVID-19 cares about other sanitary measures.
