WHO Says Asymptomatic Spread Of Coronavirus 'Very Rare,' But Experts Raise Questions

Why are people so against being cautious?
Caution is one thing: as you would do when there is a flu outbreak. But the Wuhan virus reaction has been tied up in politics, with one side trying to damage both the economy and the political prospects of the president, and the other side trying to take a measured approach to make sure "the cure is not worse than the disease."

We have people now, and you can see them on every social media site, who react with hysterical outbursts when they see people without masks or not staying six feet away from each other. Remember the hundreds of young people at the lake of the Ozarks party? The hysterics went into overdrive with that crowd, screaming that hundreds would contract the virus. Result: a couple of people came down with it. Same thing with Michigan voting and dire predictions of outbreaks from voting Same thing with bogus attacks on hydroxychloroquine, to spread fear and anxiety.

And the fear mongers who deliberately exaggerated the danger for purposes of power or politics or financial gain should be held accountable for the hundreds of thousands people who did not get cancer screenings, treatment for coronary disease or a host of other truly life threatening conditions because they were frightened and bullied into staying home.
