I had Direct TV since I moved here, however in the last two years they kept jacking up my cost and finally when it got to be close to $300 a month I switched. I am now with Xfinity and I have no problem with them, and if I did I would make an appointment at their store in Rolling Acres rather than bother phoning.
With Direct I did lose the dish whenever we had a heavy rain or a summer storm, and then my neighbor's palms grew so tall they blocked my dish and my picture became pixelated whenever the wind blew. Having WiFi is just so much easier.
I will add I am having a very weird problem. I have Prime and two other streaming channels which I buy on an annual basis and now I find I have so much to watch it really is difficult to make up my mind what I want.
