Looks like this country is teaching kids that all they have to do is have a tantrum in order to get what they want.

"Anthony Johnson was a black Angolan known for achieving wealth in the early 17th-century Colony of Virginia. He was one of the first African American property owners and had his right to legally own a slave recognized by the Virginia courts."
Some believe that Johnson was the FIRST legal slave owner in America, and Snopes (if you can believe them) says that is "possibly true."
Time for some folks to take responsibility for themselves and quit worrying about what the dead did in the past. Erasing history is not going to change the dirty facts. America is still the best in the world, so we need to accept our past and be proud of what we have accomplished and are still working on for improvement. Looking at other countries as examples is looking backward, not forward. Americans improve the world, not copy it.
