No one is trying to change the name...of actual colors.
It's ONLY when something is meant to "denigrate, demean, negatively stereotype or represents an abhorrent past," when the recipients and victims of that denigration, negative stereotyping and/or disgusting past...are pointing it out and asking that it stop.
I just have to shake my head in wonderment/disgust and ask WHY is there so much rage, vitriol & umbrage of things, that at their core...should be agreed with by decent people?
Most know why that is and are just fine with it and many others, simply refuse to acknowledge...and/or have no interest in simple decency.
