When I recently called 1-800-Xfinity, I was told there was a 3 to 4 HOUR wait to talk to a service person. After waiting on hold for 30 minutes, the line went dead, I was disconnected.
The CEO of Comcast should be required to call his service number EVERYDAY to experience what his customers experience.
My Internet has been down now for 4 days. I have a new modem, but cannot get it registered with Comcast because I cannot get any service people on the phone.
