I personally think that the % of those with the virus (positive tests) versus the number tested is what we should be looking at. Yes the number of deaths should also be %. I think we were at 5% prior to July 4th, then a surge and now the number is more like 12 - 15% of new positive cases. Still it is effecting mostly those UNDER 40.
