Call the villages sales office and ask them specifically what this means. With all of the wireless equipment IMHO any house is 'Smart home ready' so this may be nothing more than a tag line. There are several companies that offer equipment for making homes smart, the downside to this is you (the owner) needs to be smart enough to make sure all of the appropriate security measures are in place so that this equipment is not used against you.
