I'm in the process of purchasing a Gardinia home in The Villages built in 2013.

I want to hang TV wall mounts on the interior walls. Does anyone know if the interior studs are metal or wood and are they on 16" centers? What about the garage studs?
Is it safe to use "snap" toggle bolts into the drywall? Any help will be appreciated.
