Get what? Isn't it about time that folks get over living in the past and get on with the future? Time for folks to be proud of what we have become, NOT ASHAMED of what we might have been or what some folks perceive of our past. EVERY country in the world has a past history with blemishes. WE just happen to have improved ours and made our country GREAT and the best in the world.
