We live in Monarch Grove too and our power went out around noon for about 20 mins. I, too, get the SECO energy texts and within a min or two of the outage, I got a text saying we were out of power. When it came back on, I got another text a few mins later saying the power was back on. We didn't lose power at 5 though..... We also lost Wifi at the same time for about 10 mins. The Xfinity website said only that an outage was detected in the area and we'd have service by 4 p.m. Fortunately, it was only about 10 mins.
