America was founded as the direct result of civil protest against the government. The "founding fathers" were all British - some from England, some from Scotland, Ireland, and Wales. Their countries had been at constant war over monarchy rule and religious persecution by their own government.

They came here to get AWAY from all that, and to create what they believed could be a utopia.

Law and Order was one of the combination of methods to firm up their ideas, but they were not one of the ideas themselves. Law and Order is a tool, nothing more or less, and if it isn't implemented efficiently, it will fail. We are seeing its failure, at the current junction of our country's ongoing history.

I must say, after reading this TWICE - I do not have an idea as to what point you're trying to make. USA Law & Order is right or wrong? "Not implemented efficiently...its failure" -- What do you mean???
