I see a flaw in your statement. I
suspect that many of the people moving into the nearby apartments work here in TV. By being close to their jobs, they will drive fewer miles each day.
I also see them visiting our local restaurants on a year-round basis, which should give them and other businesses a more consistent source of income. This will enable businesses that can’t handle the annual snowbird cycle to survive.
