At the Pure station, the $1.799 price is a CASH only purchase. If you want to use credit or debit cards, it will cost you $.03 to $.05 more per gallon. The cash price is usually listed in very small lettering. I am not sure about Race Track. They do pride themselves as having the lowest price around.
