Default Nest vs Ecobee
My husband installed Ecobee in our new home. No need to install a second unit in another room. We have sensors in every room and it can be set so it only senses temps in rooms that you are occupying. Can be changed for all different times of the day via computer or phone app. We're very happy with it.
