A couple months ago ago it was reported here the person(s) buying the Colony location backed out (there was another thread here somewhere) but they continued the buildout. It seems to be still listed on 7-11's website as available to be franchised. I thought it was going to be a Costco
and would have much preferred a WAWA to 7-11..
