Blue cross F plan, covers 99.9% of everything and no need for referrals to specialists, make your own appointments with whomever and wherever you want. It is rather expensive but well worth it when the need arises. The hard part is finding primary care doctors down here that will accept it, however most if not all of the specialists do accept it.

None of the Villages Specialist will accept Blue cross Supplemental unless it’s Florida Blue. If you have Medicare Advantage with Blue Cross supplemental from another state as part of your retirement benefits you cannot use The Villages Health or any of their Specialists.
