These are supposed to be in season in Florida in November. Of course, if you buy them at a produce stand, they may have been grown hundreds of miles away. What is being harvested in South Florida may differ from what is being harvested in this area. At some times of the year it’s quite a bit warmer in the south.

I bought some fresh passion fruit and guavas this week. Not my favorite fruit to eat, but the scent is amazing, especially the guavas. Their scent filled the car, the kitchen, the refrigerator.
