1) does anyone have the construction plans so I know what i am drilling into - so i can get the correct anchors. I have an older azaela model - circa 2005, block/stucco model.
2) anyone know of a good handyman that would know how to install in this type of structure?
thanks

Azaela I had to look since that name is not familiar. It's a designer home concrete block construction with stucco veneer. I would think this is not really a handyman type job, unless he built homes for living. There are companies that do this work fulltime, just like enclosing a lanai. Sunsetter, Awnair, RK Shades, and they're expensive. My neighbor had an awning installed last summer that goes out almost 20' and it's electric, cost him $5,000 installed.
