T&D might be the best (whatever that means) can't argue that point but they quoted us OVER 2X more than other quotes. As it turned out we didn't have "room" to add the GC garage (about 1 foot short of setback requirement) so we widened our 1 1/2 car garage by 4 feet to effectively make it a 2 car garage. The meant taking down a ~22' length of the side of our home including moving electric, cable, irrigation & sewer systems and with all that it was under 1/2 of what T&D quoted for "just" a GC garage. The guy behind us did have room and his GC Garage was under $9000. Of course that was 3 years ago so prices change.
