Have you contacted Amazon about the fact that the driver isn't knocking or ringing the bell? When Amazon first started delivering in The Villages one left a package out in the driveway in front of the garage instead of leaving it at the front door. I called Amazon about it and it never happened again and was given a $5 credit .
However, most delivery people don't knock or ring though. Something like a Ring doorbell is great to have if you have deliveries often.
