All roads in TV, are ways in which the public has the right of access. So, all roads would be subject to all traffic laws as set out by the State. And, all roads would be under the jurisdiction of state, county, and local authorities. Being new here, I don't believe TV has it's own empowered PD. Most calls for service to your home I'm guessing would be answered by the County PD.

Villa roads are not county roads. And there is no "County PD" here. All of the counties here have Sheriff's Departments
