O'Dell, that's also Bailey's Trail which I travel anytime I go to Mallory, Arnold Palmer or Glenview. For five years I had my Yamaha sped up to 25 and I found it really ran better at 22 mph. About 3 years ago I dialed it back to 20, and no more worries when I'm on the side of the road. I'm also on St. Charles a lot, which is the same, it's a cart path. It's best to stay 20 or get a speedometer and lighten up when your not on an MMP. However, legally if your cart can go faster than 20 even though you're not, it's an illegal cart and can get ticketed. The problem that guy faced was, yes he got it dismissed, but he also paid a lawyer probably $500 which would have been the same amount as a ticket and court costs had he lost, plus he spent a day in Bushnell.
