not! As I look at houses almost every day for the fun of it, this house stood out in that the spread between purchase and selling price with the improvements
seemed to be a good value for the buyer. It's amazing how much house data is accessible for free looking at public records. If I were looking at a house, I would look at this one and make up my own mind as to if it would be a good deal for me to purchase it.
