Safe Restart, then click on the white box, click here for help. At the bottom of page three there is a click here for additional info. This will enable you to send an email to them. I wrote them that I had an appointment for 1/24 and it had not been rescheduled. They responded quickly and gave me a code to get back into the website and select a new appointment.
