Interesting. I have one of those yellow shot record booklets also and was told that I would need it when entering other countries. I have been to dozens of countries and never had to show it once, not even in the good ole U.S. of A. Of course, when I was planning to travel overseas, they told me which shots I had to have before leaving, but no one ever asked me for proof.
